At AnxietyLab RN Psychotherapy, I specialize in helping children, teens and adults who struggle with anxiety, OCD, ADHD and other mental health issues. Feeling anxious, depressed or overwhelmed with life is hard - it takes the fun out of life and keeps us from doing what we really want, and sometimes need, to do. Establishing a strong connection and fostering trust with my clients is my top priority, serving as the foundation of therapy. This is why I always start with a comprehensive assessment. ADHD

ADHD, (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) presents patterns of inattention, hyperactivity, and impulsivity and can significantly impact various aspects of daily life. ADHD makes tasks such as focusing, organizing, and time management challenging. Through therapy approaches like CBT and behavioral therapy, I offer valuable tools to manage symptoms, improve coping strategies, enhance organization and time management skills, and boost self-confidence. Medication may also be considered in conjunction with therapy to address underlying neurobiological factors.
